“ I am a 74 year old woman who was feeling ‘blocked’ due to several recent family losses. When we talked I explained to her that I felt as though I needed a ‘re-set’ . I did not look at Aquahara as a counseling session but as a way to feel free in the luxury of warm water. I guess it will sound dramatic to say this, but the experience was even more than I anticipated or hoped for. I felt all my negative feelings drift away as Ilana moved me through the water. The setting is other worldly in it’s beauty. Warm water, rock formations and towering redwoods help to allow you to escape into a peaceful, almost dream-like state. I came away from the water massage session utterly relaxed and at peace, but also invigorated as I felt that the ‘re-set’ I was searching for had begun. Truly a beautiful experience and Ilana is a caring, gentle soul” Candace
