What to expect from your healing Water journey?
Landing in the water
You arrive to a beautiful private heated pool that has a hot spring/spa feel to it . We enter the water together and talk a little, I ask you about your well being, relationship with water and intentions for the session. Then we go over how the journey will flow, and get you set up with floats and nose clip (if desired).
Surrender to the flow
Floating in warm water, I’ll gently move your body, in rhythmic movements, relaxing, opening and closing, massaging and releasing any tension. At some point, if we have agreed on this earlier, I’ll offer you a nose clip to explore the realm of movement under water. If you prefer to keep your face above the surface we will simply continue.

Presence with co-creation
The movements may be very slow like being an embryo in the womb or a piece of floating seaweed, or fast like a dolphin or mermaid, creating a sensation of flight. It’s a co-creation of the moment, you me and the water. A profoundly healing & relaxing experience.
The last part of the journey is for integration, and here I remove your nose clip and invite you into stillness and reflection, I hold you until you feel ready to return.
